User Responsibilities
- Practice courtesy and maintain silence at all times.
- Sign in with student/faculty ID or scan barcode upon entry.
- Deposit bags in the designated area; the library is not liable for personal belongings.
- No eating or drinking is allowed, except for plain water.
- Return used books to the book truck (shelf) before leaving.
- Chairs must be returned to their original positions after use.
- Avoid loud conversations, loitering, or playing music in the library.
- Respect and follow all health and safety protocols.

Audio-Visual Room Guidelines
- Bags must be deposited outside; bring only valuables and writing materials inside.
- Students must be accompanied by a supervising instructor.
- Food, drinks, vandalism, and loitering are strictly prohibited.
- After use: return all furniture, switch off equipment, lights, and air conditioning.
- Doors must be closed but not locked after use.

Internet Workstation Policy
- Use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Log in and out properly.
- No food or drinks near computers; bags must be deposited outside.
- Computers are for academic use only. Chatting, gaming, or streaming is not allowed.
- Each session is limited to 1 hour; a second session is allowed if slots are available.
- Save work to a personal USB drive. Files must not be saved to the desktop.
- Violations may result in loss of access or disciplinary action.
Borrowing & Returning Materials

For Students
- Borrow up to 3 books for 7 days.
- Books can be renewed twice if not in demand.
- Overdue fines are ₱2.00 per day (excluding Sundays and holidays).
- Report lost or damaged books immediately.
- Replace lost/damaged items with the same title, author, and edition or a suitable alternative.

For Faculty & Non-Teaching Personnel
- Borrow up to 10 books for 1 month.
- Overdue fines are ₱5.00 per day (excluding Sundays and holidays).
- Report lost or damaged materials immediately.
- Replace lost/damaged items with the same title, author, and edition or a suitable alternative.

Renewals & Overdue
- Books may be renewed up to 2 times if no one else has requested them.
- Renewals can be done in person or via the library's online system.
- Pay overdue fines promptly to avoid suspension of borrowing privileges.
- Fines accumulate daily but do not count Sundays or official holidays.
Use of Facilities

Study Areas
- Maintain silence and avoid disturbing others in study zones.

- Booking is required through the library staff.
- Keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.
- Clean up and return furniture after use.
- No food, drinks, or unauthorized equipment allowed.
- Report any damages immediately.
